In My Haven: November 11
This week in my haven went by in a blur of fabric and thread. I really can't believe it’s already Friday! I sewed 72 French cross appliqués for a very special custom order this week that I'm sharing more about in this week’s journal. I also really wanted to get started on my winter and Christmas offerings this week (more about that below). The busiest time of year for makers and creative business owners is definitely already here and your support is so greatly appreciated. I hope you enjoy the behind-the-scenes stories of what I'm working on!

What I Made
More From My Haven
Since life isn't all business, here’s a little more about what’s happening in my haven this week.
What I'm cooking: The tastiest thing I cooked this week was broccoli cheddar soup, but I didn’t use a recipe. Instead, I'll share the second tastiest thing: Brownie Roll-Out Cookies
What I'm reading: I finally finished ready The Memory of Babel by Christelle Dabos, which is book 3 of the Mirror Visitor series, and I've started to read book 4: The Storm of Echoes.
What I'm reading with Joanna: I also finished reading The Magician’s Nephew by C.S. Lewis with Joanna. We will probably read The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe next, but I'll let you know for sure next week.
What's happening in your haven this week?
Warmly,
Beth
